Come lay down and enjoy a meditation to Revitalize, Replenish and Re-energize you.
Allow your body to blissfully rest and release tension and stress, while your mind delves into deep awareness and mindfulness. All you need to do is lay down, relax, let go, and listen to the soothing tranquility of the guided yoga nidra.
To create a cozy and comfortable space for yourself, please bring the following with you:
a soft towel or yoga mat to lay down on
a bolster or rolled up towel to support your knees
a towel, pillow or sweatshirt to support your head
a blanket to cover your body
an eye pillow, if desired
Please bring something that is special to you to add to our communal altar.
We will create the altar together and at the end, we will take it apart, and you will take your item home with you.
